  ATS attends Edgecam Gunslinger Event 

ATS staff members recently attended the Edgecam gunslingers event where the upcoming version of Edgecam, 2012 R1, was tested. 

The “Gunslingers” event is designed to bring technical representatives from Edgecam and various resellers to test Beta versions of the next release of software. The main purpose is to interact with the Edgecam developers to ensure that “New” functionality is working as intended, without affecting the current capabilities. 

Victor Schott, ATS AE, notes “This is very beneficial, as an attendee, I am not only “seeing” the new functions, and how they may relate to our customers, but I am also interacting with some of the most knowledgeable Edgecam “techies” in the country. This allows me to bring new ideas, and techniques back to ATS to better serve you, the customer.” 

Edgecam version 2012 R1 is due to be released to production in September 2011.

ATS begins a monthly technical tech day
As a new added benefit to our customers, ATS is offering Customer Tech Time on the last Friday of every month.  This unique face time with an ATS Application Engineer is at no added cost to our customers with a current software support agreement in order to assist with your Edgecam and Predator technical issues.
