- For customers with current SMA (Software Maintenance Agreement) in place we can log in remotely to your FactoryWiz or TMS computer over the Internet. Just email Support at Support@atscnc.com with your issue.
- You need to have Internet access from the Factorywiz or TMS PC using Microsoft Internet Explorer, a local/cell phone line for an audio conversation and have TCP port 443 (https) open on your network.
- We can directly see what issues you are having and fix them for you.
